3. Shipping and Hidden Fees

The total price you see at the final checkout screen is the exact price you will pay. 
  • Standard Domestic Shipping: A flat rate of $4.99 USD is applied to orders as specified during checkout.
  • Taxes: Applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on your shipping location and displayed transparently at checkout before you authorize payment.
We do NOT charge any hidden handling fees, processing fees, or restocking fees ($0 restocking fee).

4. Payment Verification & Order Confirmation

Once you complete your transaction, your card will be charged immediately, and you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email from support@petkits.shop. If we detect any security flags or potential fraud regarding your billing details, we reserve the right to contact you for verification or cancel the order before shipment to ensure mutual safety.
